• Assessments: Too many of you have taken tests, been given the results and then no one helped you to analyze them and to customize the results.
• I pull the themes and the contradictions out for you and then we talk about what options inspire you, what blind-spots exist and facilitate spot-on training.
• Integration: You have time and space to integrate the information, put it into practice in real life and then discuss it with me.  This is a positive, non-threatening way to hold yourself accountable, to yourself.  
• Motivate and Manage:   You will be given the tools and opportunity to practice reinforcing your initiative and goals.  If you have lots of ideas but feel like you are running in circles, or overwhelmed, a patient, caring, knowledgeable coach can help.
